Prenatal Visits
2 Prenatal meetings to discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, nutrition, real birth phases and what to expect during each phase, and most importantly to make sure you feel confident and prepared for your birth and postpartum.
Continuous Labour and Birth Support
On Call 24/7 (from week 37-42) for the birth of your baby and our arrival within 2 hours of your call (or able to provide reliable back-up). Unlimited Phone/Text/Email support throughout the entire Contract.
Postpartum Support
1-2 Postpartum Visits to discuss the birth, your transition to parenthood, or any areas you feel you might need some extra support (Breastfeeding, Baby wearing, Newborn care, Sibling support, Light housework, Nutritious food preparation, Resources.)
Perks
Complimentary use of our TENS Machine and/or Rebozo for comfort and Pain management. Access to our Lending Library (we have tons of great books to choose from, just ask.)
